Processing time

Processing time varies between 3-5 business days.  For orders being shipped outside of the USA, the shipping may take between 10-30 days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for paying any applicable customs and import taxes. 

Returns & Exchanges

• Exchanges may be made for size.
• Only exchanges of unwashed and unworn t-shirts and activewear will be accepted. They must be made within 7 days from delivery date, with original hangtags attached. Returns will not be accepted. Please email us at info.therealkeisha@gmail.com FIRST, explaining the situation. You will get a response within 3 business days. 
• Proof of payment must accompany the return.
• All garments are subject to inspection. If we determine that your garment was not returned to us in the same condition that it was sent to you, it will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping to get it sent back to you.
